The remaster is the best rejuvenation effort available, at a price that should make most publishers think. Silent Hill 2 Remake is not only a fantastic game, but it’s (especially) an excellent reimagining of the most beloved entry in the series and one of the best horror games—period—ever to hit the market. The stakes were high, as evidenced by the initial skepticism around the reveal, but joy is in order as the Polish team has masterfully navigated this tricky terrain of memories and emotions. Every detail reflects the developers’ love for the original material, creating an unforgettable experience. These are the remakes that make sense to exist, with no place for robotic dinosaurs or teenage slashers.

Beautiful, beautiful, beautiful. Period. Astro Bot speaks for itself. Given the original Trojan Horse’s success, it’s no surprise that Team Asobi’s complete vision is a triumph, as evidenced by the rating below. While it’s not the most challenging platformer, this Sony title has few rivals in terms of sheer quality and inspiration, thanks to phenomenal artistic direction woven with tasteful fan service. Astro Bot’s strength lies in its ability to captivate through impeccable use of DualSense features, providing an experiential boost that's hard to replicate. After some tough days for PlayStation fans, Astro’s adventure couldn’t have arrived at a better time, showing Sony’s ability to hit the mark while keeping an eye on its past and future.

I don't claim to hold the truth, but if you're fundamentally opposed to how Square Enix has handled this remake trilogy, this review won’t change your mind about Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth. However, I believe it’s a shame and unfair to Nomura and the team, who've delivered a compelling RPG experience. Can one ask for more from a fighting game? If the answer is Street Fighter 6, the question is certainly appropriate. With a sumptuous and multifaceted offering, and an accessible combat system, Capcom's return is undoubtedly one of the best fighting games ever. An original, long-lasting, and entertaining story mode accompanies a traditional gameplay structure of absolute respect, perfectly complemented by the excellent Battle Hub. While not an easy game to master, it will provide great satisfaction to those with the patience and will to explore its incredible potential.

The PS5 versions of Moss and Moss: Book 2 are greatly enhanced by PlayStation VR2, making Quill's adventurous world even more captivating and vibrant. Tetris Effect: Connected and Rez Infinite return to PSVR2 in their best versions, offering the excellent gameplay seen before with unparalleled virtual clarity. Playing with Sony's new headset is currently the most convincing way to experience the blend of game, images, and sounds that Enhance's productions offer. The definitive Kratos? Bold and perhaps counterproductive, but after completing Santa Monica's epic orchestrated effort, I'm ready to take a firm stand—favorable towards our trusted Spartan. God of War: Ragnarok is undoubtedly the series' pinnacle, thanks to enviable balance and maturity, unimaginable at its carefree beginnings. Kratos has evolved, and so have we, deserving applause for guiding us effectively through this winding path of change. Further innovation after the 2018 revamp would have been risky, so Eric Williams and the team wisely refined the new course initiated by Cory Barlog, delivering a game that improves and expands on its predecessor. The result is a must-play for Sony console owners and those who love great games. For everyone else, there's an endless catalog of productions to explore.

Inscryption is a masterpiece, a gem, a must-play title. Stop reading and go buy it on the PlayStation Store. Do I need to elaborate further? To flesh this out a bit more, I'll repeat ad nauseam: don't be deceived by its card game nature. Daniel Mullins' title hides much more beneath its seductive surface; just have the patience to look beyond appearances. Don't hesitate, the reward will be immensely satisfying.
