Critter Café is charming and smooth with simple controls, but its potential is squandered by repetitive gameplay, limited activities, and simplistic dialogue, leaving the Critters—meant to be the stars—underutilized in a shallow experience.

Unknown 9: Awakening is a game full of lost potential, with a unique and promising story that’s poorly executed, leading to a disconnect with the world and characters, clunky controls, repetitive animations, lackluster combat, underwhelming enemy AI, and limited exploration, making it hard to recommend in its current state.

Nicktoons & The Dice of Destiny charms with its nostalgic cast and lighthearted tone, but its lack of depth and polish makes it more of a casual treat for fans than a compelling game experience.

Shuffle Tactics shows a lot of promise with its cool style, solid combat, and flexible playstyles, but unfinished elements like broken buttons and poor controller support make it feel more like an early test build than a polished release.

Star Overdrive has a strong foundation with its stylish hoverboard exploration and interesting combat options via the Keytar, but fails to fully realize this potential. The world feels empty, the main character lacks personality and many of the creative ideas are limited.

Sugardew Island has the potential to be a cozy farming sim, but its simplistic approach works against it. While the game looks beautiful and plays smoothly, repetitive gameplay and flat NPCs prevent the island from truly coming to life. It’s a relaxing experience for casual players, but seasoned farming sim fans may find it is a missed opportunity.

Lumentale: Memories of Trey is an entertaining monster-collecting game with an interesting world, a strong art style, and Animon designs that immediately catch the eye, but at times the game feels more cumbersome than necessary.

Daemon X Machina: Titanic Scion builds on its predecessor with spectacular combat and deep customization, but uneven execution - especially aerial combat, repetitive side quests - and a shallow story saps the momentum, resulting in a fun yet unbalanced experience mainly for genre fans.

Survival Kids is a charming but simple introduction to the survival genre, ideal for children and families, though its basic gameplay, limited variety, and quirky design may leave older players unimpressed.

I ended up having a good time with Godhood. The game runs well and gives a nice twist to the management genre. The game runs fine and has an interesting combat system where it does not depend on defeating the heathen per sé, but convincing the people. The unfortunate thing is that as a player you cannot contribute to fights, which makes it a bit monotonous after a while. All in all, I enjoyed the game for several hours and will definitely pick it up every now and then to expand Terraria's faith. If you like management games and are curious about something with a religious twist, this game might be for you.

Cozy Caravan is a warm, charming, and sincere cozy game that excels in atmosphere and accessibility, offering relaxing, inviting gameplay through adorable animal characters and simple pleasures, and while repetitive NPCs, limited dialogue, and minimal musical variety can wear on longer sessions, its strong core keeps it enjoyable and worth returning to.

Atelier Resleriana: The Red Alchemist & The White Guardian isn’t a revolutionary JRPG, but it’s a delightful one. Strong protagonists, accessible combat, and a colorful presentation make it engaging for both newcomers and veterans. Cameos from familiar alchemists add nostalgia, though the shop mechanic feels underused. Despite minor shortcomings, it’s a cozy and well-crafted addition to the Atelier series.

TRON: Catalyst brings the Arq Grid vividly to life with an engaging story, convincing characters, and standout voice acting, but despite these strengths, it feels underutilized—offering little beyond the main plot, fading combat depth, and a visually dark world, ultimately making it a game that fans can enjoy but that falls just short of realizing its full potential.

Atelier Yumia: The Alchemist of Memories & the Envisioned Land offers a fresh take with a non-traditional protagonist and expanded gameplay, including a larger world, new mechanics, and dynamic combat, but underutilizes its setting, while technical issues on Switch are offset by stunning art and excellent voice acting, making it a fun yet slightly shallow addition to the Atelier series.

"Mario vs. Donkey Kong is a remake with a well-deserved graphical update, featuring entertaining puzzles and a fantastic soundtrack. The rivalry between Mario and Donkey Kong is fun to watch in the cutscenes and boss battles, and the co-op mode is a great addition. However, the game is better suited for a younger audience, as it lacks the challenge that seasoned players might expect, making it less ideal for those seeking a more difficult experience."
