City Hunter is an average, shallow and hardly interesting game but it had the chance to be rescued from the past and is now available in an acceptable way on modern systems. With its limitations in mind, the game can be interesting for retrogamers, but its appeal ends there.

WiZmans World Re;Try manages to rescue a very curious RPG from the DS and give the game another chance to shine while striving to keep it very close to how it was originally. Some details are impractical, and there are small elements that deserved more robust and well-planned adjustments, but it's still a very worthwhile experience.

Hudson Soft's classic franchise returns in Super Bomberman Collection, offering many hours of fun retro action.
Groove Coaster Future Performers is a good rhythm game that presents a must-play sensory spectacle with its music, even if it's not for every type of player. Its Story mode is truly thrilling, but features many frustrations due to being incomplete and trying to unnecessarily pad the game for extra play value. The sum of its parts is worth it, though it could have even receive a Perfect evaluation were it treated with a little more care.

Tales of Xillia Remastered is an acceptable way to reexperience a classic work in Bandai Namco's franchise. Its quality as a remaster isn't absurd, but it's a basic, fair work to keep it accessible to a new generation after over a decade stuck on the PS3.

QQQbeats!!! is a unique puzzle experience with rhythm elements that, despite some moments that deserved to be clearer, has an infectious energy. It's the type of game that demands a lot of effort to learn how to play well, but can become a big addiction for those who dedicate themselves to it.

Reimagined to better present themselves both as part of the Erdrick trilogy and as a modern experience, DRAGON QUEST I & II HD-2D Remake is a high-quality collection. Both of the comparatively simpler RPGs in the franchise have been given new touches that make this version a great choice for both long-time fans and those who are not yet very familiar with the genre and would like to experience these classics.

Ys vs. Trails in the Sky: Alternative Saga is a curious piece of Falcom's history that finally comes officially to the West. Though it has some quirks that may keep it from what people expect of a competitive fighting game, it's a consistently fun game that's worth exploring, especially for the fans of the Japanese developer.

Final Fantasy Tactics: The Ivalice Chronicles is a great way to revisit the classic tactical game in Square Enix's franchise. Faithful to the original release but truly worried about offering a comfortable experience for a new generation, the title remains a tactical RPG of the highest quality and a must-play for fans of the genre.
