BulletFever409 Forza Horizon 6 Review

Forza Horizon 6 is a culmination of years of iteration on the formula that makes these games so great. It feels like the peak of what they have been working towards, with fantastic driving and an even better map. However, the game is hindered by an overhyped progression system that appears to unnecessarily restrict access to activities. Additionally, it divides the progression into two distinct components: the Horizon Festival and Japan Discovery. While Japan Discovery has all the fun stuff, the Horizon Festival is what progresses the main game and is bogged down by an overuse of off-road racing. While it's an incredible addition to the franchise, the gameplay is still the same Forza Horizon experience we've had since FH2. If you're okay with more of the same, the content here is better than ever. If you were hoping to be won over with some new activities and race types, then you'd be let down.
